Hermione can't seem to stop smiling throughout the ceremony, cheeks warm and flushed as she makes her rounds, wanting to thank everyone individually for making it to the wedding. The reception is small, intimate, with plenty of opportunity to everyone to meet one another — and Hermione couldn't be happier for it. Most of the party consists of familiar faces, almost everyone looks like they're having a decent time, and when Hermione makes her way over to Elena, her cheeks practically ache from how perfect everything is.
"Elena," she greets, already having abandoned her heels in favor of bare feet on the grass. "Elena, I'm so glad that you made it to the wedding, thank you so much for coming. I hope you're having a good time."
