"Oh, I'm sure. I do love the sunset on a relatively clear day, and watching the sky change colors right before one's eyes," Hermione says, struck with the sudden thought. It might really be a suggestion that she makes to Ron, whom she's sure will appreciate being up in the sky, even if it isn't in a manner as exciting as flying a broom.
"Ron loves flying in almost all forms, though. We'll have to see about renting that balloon," she nods, smiling. "Do you have any such hobbies? I'd love any recommendations of great places you've found around Darrow. I admit, I haven't explored it as closely as I'd like."
