Hermione paused, trying her best to process that information. On one hand, she didn't doubt that Walter Bishop was a bit unbalanced in a way that could truly benefit from more structure in his life. On the other, he'd always seemed, for the most part, capable of engaging with other people to a reasonable degree. It was the ideas that seemed truly out of left field, rarely the man himself.
