permissions Hermione is a witch with significant and comprehensive magical ability, considered extremely capable within her home world. However, I don't want to overstep boundaries and make interaction difficult for other players and characters. In all situations where Hermione would normally choose to use magic offensively against another PC character, my default course of action will be to ask permission of the opposite player first and to leave the result of any such magical action up to that player to decide. (Example: Hermione may throw a full-body bind curse in a tag, but whether or not it's successful will be up to the other player to determine in their response.)
